Ea are 10 angaja\u021bi \u00een administrare. E clar c\u0103 firma nu i-a acoperit Mariei, timp de 5 luni, minimul prev\u0103zut de legisla\u021bie pentru func\u021bia de croitoreas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, \u00een cazul unui control inspectorul poate determina:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lezarea dreptului la salariu, conform legisla\u021biei (Maria a primit timp de 5 luni\u00a0 cu 522 lei mai pu\u021bin);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Recalculul salariului pentru toat\u0103 perioada activit\u0103\u021bii angajatului;<\/li>\n<li>O penalitate de \u00eent\u00e2rziere;<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen cazul unui litigiu de munc\u0103, Elena risc\u0103 s\u0103 mai primeasc\u0103 \u0219i o penalitate pl\u0103tit\u0103 statului.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Care este costul acestei gre\u0219eli:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Bani<\/strong>. Elena va achita toate amenzile \u0219i sanc\u021biunile indicate de inspector;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong> Timp \u0219i efort<\/strong>. Elena \u0219tie c\u0103 la finele fiec\u0103rei luni trebuie s\u0103 duc\u0103 eviden\u021ba timpului de munc\u0103 al fiecarui angajat. Din lips\u0103 de timp, \u00eens\u0103, \u00eei scap\u0103 unele erori.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problema:<\/strong> Angajatul Grigore \u0219i-a luat concediu pentru perioada 14 &#8211; 31 august.
