Ce ar fi dac\u0103 fiecare dintre ei ar delega toate aceste griji unei firme din exterior, cu un pachet complet de aplica\u021bii, sisteme, solu\u021bii \u0219i oameni dedica\u021bi afacerii? C\u00e2\u0163i dintre ei ar fi gata s\u0103 apeleze la outsourcing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concept r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit pe larg \u00een Statele Unite ale Americii \u015fi Europa de Vest, dar prea pu\u0163in prezent \u00een spa\u0163iul est-european, delegarea unor sarcini unei persoane sau segment organiza\u0163ional din exteriorul companiei propriu-zise (denumit\u0103 <strong><em>outsourcing<\/em> <\/strong>sau <strong><em>externalizare<\/em><\/strong>) \u015fi-a demonstrat p\u00e2n\u0103 acum eficien\u0163a \u00een cazul a sute de companii care au economisit bani, timp \u015fi energie \u00een atingerea obiectivelor lor.<\/p>\n<p>Cum se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103? E bine \u015ftiut: tendin\u0163a natural\u0103 a oric\u0103rui proprietar de afacere este sporirea profitului s\u0103u.
